question about adwords review

when i create an adwords account
i would know when google will review my account.

for example will they review my account in my first login to the account ?

or they will review when i add my credit card to my account and i activate it.

and also i would know in what aspect they will review the accounts

i mean what things wil be reviewed for example at first they wil review
the keywords ? and then the ads and display url and ....
